Berries & Yogurt Parfait

Pretty and delicious…who knew such simple ingredients could layer into such a tasty combination.

Ingredient List

  • Small check mark in a circle 300 g low-fat raspberry yogurt
  • Small check mark in a circle 150 g mixed summer berries, such as blueberries, raspberries and blackberries
  • Small check mark in a circle 2 Nature Valley™ Crunchy Roasted Almond Snack Bars, crushed


  1. Divide half the yogurt between 2 glasses. Top each with half the berries and half the crushed granola bars. Repeat the layers once more. Serve immediately.

  • To crush the granola bars quickly, place the bars in a resealable freezer bag, and lightly tap with a rolling pin. Mix it up by changing the flavour of the yogurt – try blueberry or blackcurrant instead.
