Mixed Berry Smoothies

Cool with this chilled and creamy smoothie made with your favourite Liberte´ yogurt and frozen fruit.

Ingredient List

  • Small check mark in a circle 175 ml skimmed milk
  • Small check mark in a circle 170 g Liberté Yogurt, any flavour
  • Small check mark in a circle 150 g frozen summer fruits, semi-defrosted
  • Small check mark in a circle 2 Nature Valley™ Crunchy Oats & Honey Snack Bars, roughly crushed

Preparation

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Cover and blend on high speed for 1 minute. Scrape down the sides with a spatula and blend for a further 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 chilled glasses. Serve immediately.

Tips

  • Drizzle with a little runny honey just before serving, if liked.
  • Replace the frozen summer fruit with frozen mango and pineapple pieces for a tropical version.
