Blueberry & Ricotta Granola Bars

Ingredient List

  • Small check mark in a circle 4 teaspoons ricotta
  • Small check mark in a circle 2 Nature Valley™ Crunchy Oats & Honey Snack Bars
  • Small check mark in a circle 2 tablespoons fresh blueberries
  • Small check mark in a circle 1/2 teaspoons runny honey
  • Small check mark in a circle 1/4 teaspoons lemon zest


  1. Spread 2 teaspoons of the ricotta onto each granola bar.
  2. Top evenly with the blueberries and drizzle with the honey. Sprinkle over the lemon zest to serve.
