Granola, Berry & Banana Smoothies
A refreshing and filling smoothie with delicious added granola crunch!

Ingredient List
- 275 g Liberté Strawberry Yogurt
- 125 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 150 g strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 4 Nature Valley™ Crunchy Oats & Honey Snack Bars, broken into pieces
Preparation
- Place the yogurt, milk, strawberries and banana in a blender. Add three-quarters of the granola bars to the blender.
- Blend on high for 10 seconds, then scrape down the sides with a spatula and blend for a further 20 seconds or until smooth.
- Pour into 2 chilled glasses. Top with the remaining granola bar pieces and serve immediately.
Tips
- Cooking Vegetarian? Always read labels to make sure each recipe ingredient is vegetarian.Products and ingredient sources can change.
- Replace the strawberries with fresh raspberries or use a mixture of the two for an extra fruity flavour.
- Add some crushed ice to the blender for a really chilled smoothie.
